This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here we have an exceptional property located in Roane County just east of the Jackson County line and north of highway 33. Located just minutes from the town of Spencer where all your amenities can be found. The property consists of wooded ridges and bottoms with ridge tops in grass fields. This property has excellent vantage points and good ATV trails for access. Plenty of cover and browse for the deer. I saw at least 7 deer during my drive through this property. I found numerous trails with tons of deer tracks. Plenty of turkey tracts in the half-melted snow as well. This property has great vantage points for long range coverage during rifle season. It also has numerous pinch points and corners that would be great to setup on during bow season. This lease has access from the north as well as the main entrance on the southeast corner. ATV and camping are acceptable for hunting purposes only. I talked with a local trapper who talked very highly of the deer hunting on this lease. I am sure this lease will not disappoint!

A bunk house at the entrance of the property could be worked out with the landowner separate from the lease.
